What are they?

Delicious crackers!!

We Bar None seed crackers are made from just seeds – no flour, no oil, no egg!

I have created them out of a mixture of sesame, sunflower and flaxseed with spices and a little salt. I hand roll each batch and bake them at the lowest temperature.

They are low carb and low FODMAP, as well as gluten-free, vegan and paleo.
Even strict keto dieters could indulge in a whole packet!
Crackers are something that no one should have to live without.

Nutritional yeast and a little Mount Zero pink lake salt give these seed crackers their delicious taste.
They are cheesy and delicious but still dairy free!

Why should I buy them?

These crackers are the perfect balance of delicious and nutritious.

Seeds are nutritional powerhouses and, unlike traditional crackers, these will fill you up and keep you satisfied.

A packet of these seed crackers contains 22g of protein, 33% of your recommended daily intake of iron, 41% of your vitamin B6 and 85% of your magnesium!

Sunflower seeds contain heaps of vitamin E (there’s 96% of your recommended daily intake right in this packet!) and flaxseed and sesame are amazing for breastfeeding mothers.

They aren’t just for health nuts and new mums though. I love watching people try these crackers and watching their face change when they eat them. They’ve got a super savoury sesame flavour, with just the right amount of salt.

Nutritional yeast is not only a hugely tasty umami bomb, but it has stacks of health benefits. It contains all 9 amino acids that humans need from food, almost all of the B vitamins, and plenty of trace minerals and antioxidants. The protein and B12 content makes it the perfect superfood for vegans!

How do I eat them?

They are tasty enough to eat on their own but mild enough to make a perfect pairing for cheese, dip, pate, or anything else that takes your fancy. Feel free to eat them straight out of the packet, pile with toppings for a snack or light meal, or use as the base for canapes.
