What are they?
We Bar None seed crackers are made from just seeds – no flour, no oil, no egg!
I have created them out of a mixture of sesame, sunflower and flaxseed with spices and a little salt. I hand roll each batch and bake them at the lowest temperature.
Nutritional yeast and a little Mount Zero pink lake salt give these seed crackers their delicious taste.
They are cheesy and delicious but still dairy free!
