What are they?
We Bar None seed crackers are made from just seeds – no flour, no oil, no egg!
I have created them out of a mixture of sesame, sunflower and flaxseed with spices and a little salt, hand rolled and baked at a low temperature.
These are the perfect addition to any pantry or dinner party, as pretty much any dietary requirement is catered for.
Why would I eat them?
These babies are the perfect balance of delicious and nutritious.

They aren’t just for health nuts and new mums though. I love watching people try these crackers and watching their face change when they eat them. They’ve got a super savoury sesame flavour, with just the right amount of salt.
How do I eat them?
I have balanced the flavours so that they are tasty enough to eat on their own but mild enough to make a perfect pairing for cheese, dip, pate, or anything else that takes your fancy. Feel free to eat them straight out of the packet, pile with toppings for a snack or light meal, or use as the base for canapes.
