We Bar None seed crackers are made from just seeds – no flour, no oil, no egg!
I have created them out of a mixture of sesame, sunflower and flaxseed with spices and a little salt. I hand roll each batch and bake them at the lowest temperature.
They are low carb and low FODMAP, as well as gluten-free, vegan and paleo.
Even strict keto dieters could indulge in a whole packet!
Crackers are something that no one should have to live without.
Cumin, turmeric and a little Mount Zero pink lake salt give these seed crackers their delicious taste.
